Jean Baker
M.Ed, MAcOM, L.Ac, Dipl. OM.
Jean Baker, the owner of Lifestream Wellness, is a licensed Acupuncturist and a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner. Having received her Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine in Austin, Texas, she is a board-certified Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist through the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM), and is licensed by the Minnesota Medical board. Jean has also earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of St. Thomas and her Master’s Degree in Education from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.
Her Chinese heritage has kept Jean fascinated with Eastern Medicine; her grandfather and mother taught her the principles of Chinese Nutritional Therapy at a very young age. Jean grew up in the restaurant business and learned how to utilize “food as medicine” to aid in the body’s natural healing process. Later, inspired by the powerful role that acupuncture played in her own health and healing, she chose to pursue a Master’s Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Jean is passionate about sharing this powerful and holistic medicine with others to assist them on their journey to optimal health and wellness.
In addition to being a Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist, Jean is also a Usui Reiki Master. Like Traditional Chinese Medicine, Reiki is a form of Japanese energy work that is focused on natural health and healing by balancing the subtle energy systems throughout the body.
In clinic, Jean has experience treating a wide variety of physical and emotional health conditions. Her focus areas include psycho-emotional challenges: PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction; women’s health and gynecological disorders, muscular-skeletal pain, sports medicine, allergy-related symptoms, gastrointestinal dysfunction, cancer support, autoimmune disorders, and family wellness.
Over time, Jean has discovered vibrant health and wellness is obtained by nurturing the body, mind and spirit and she is passionate about assisting others on their journey to optimal health and wellness. On this path, Jean will employ a collaborative approach to wellness while utilizing empathy, compassion and respect. Lifestyle changes, including meditation, self-awareness and dietary considerations are at the core of her treatment plan for any condition.
Most important, Jean has found that the body has a tremendous capacity to heal itself if given the proper environment to do so. Jean is highly motivated to help you achieve your wellness goals and treats every person with honesty, integrity and respect.
Outside the clinic, Jean enjoys walking, hiking, paddle boarding, daily workouts, meditating, reading, writing, and spending quality time with family and friends, and of course her dogs.

Mary Nolan
DACM, L.Ac, Dipl. OM.
Mary Nolan is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner licensed by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice. She received her Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minnesota and is a board-certified Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Having earned her undergraduate degree at the U.S. Military Academy in West Point, New York, Mary is also a combat Veteran, grateful for her years of active duty service as an Army Preventive Medicine Officer.
Mary’s passion to serve as a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner came through life experiences both in and out of the military, where she recognized the inextricable connection between mind and body in healing and health. She values how TCM takes into account the whole person and seeks not only to resolve discrete issues but identify and heal their underlying cause. Further, she appreciates how TCM works hand-in-hand with biomedicine to optimize healing for patients and goes further seeking to prevent future illness and preserve health. In her own practice now, she focuses on fostering a safe place for patients to be heard and receive evidence-informed, tailored care to improve their overall quality of life.
Mary’s clinical experience includes treating pain, anxiety, insomnia, headaches, migraines, neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, digestive issues, lactation and post-partum recovery, stroke and spinal cord injuries, post-operative recovery, long Covid, mental health and stress disorders. She is pursuing additional training and experience in facial acupuncture and immune system disorders as well.
Mary sees her mission now to deliver effective, tailored TCM treatments and educate patients in such a way that positively impacts how they see themselves and their healing potential. She eagerly shares this medicine with her three vivacious children, husband, and community and is highly motivated to partner with her patients on their healing journey.
Outside of clinic, you’ll find Mary enjoying time with her children cheering them on in their many activities, out on a good trail run or hike, doing yoga, cuddling their sweet pug, or researching new and interesting topics in medicine.

Sarah Vosen
L. Ac. Dipl. AHM., HHP
Sarah Vosen is an Asian Medicine and Holistic Health Practitioner with over twenty years of experience. She holds a Master’s degree in Acupuncture & Asian Herbal Medicine from the Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine College in Berkeley, California, and completed a 1000-hour Holistic Health Practitioner and massage therapy program at Pacific College of Health and Sciences in San Diego. She is board-certified by the National Certification Board for Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine (NCBAHM) and licensed by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.
Sarah’s clinical perspective is shaped by a lifelong curiosity about how systems work and why people feel the way they do. Originally studying Chemical Engineering, she discovered Chinese Medicine at 19 after experiencing profound improvements from herbal whole-food supplements. Intrigued by the body’s capacity to heal, she received acupuncture and bodywork sessions. This solidified her decision to study Chinese Medicine and massage therapy. Over the past 26 years, she also immersed herself in movement arts including yoga, Pilates, AcroYoga, and qigong. These experiences gave her a deep appreciation for the role of movement in embodiment, trust, and nervous-system balance in health, while within a supportive community.
Her own journey through burnout—supported by somatic work, therapy, Functional Medicine, qigong, along with her role with FRIED: The Burnout Podcast—further informs her clinical lens. She brings both professional training and lived experience to her work with patients, especially those with chronic, stress-exacerbated symptoms.
Sarah integrates acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping, Asian bodywork, and nervous-system regulating somatic tools to treat conditions where physical symptoms overlap with emotional, mental, or spiritual patterns. Her approach is patient-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that a person can heal when they get what they need and feel safe.
Sarah views each patient as a whole system—physiological, emotional, spiritual, energetic, and relational. She works collaboratively to identify the patterns, pressures, and internal narratives that influence health, helping patients rebuild internal safety, emotional resilience, and physical balance. Her care emphasizes clarity, compassion, and nervous-system restoration as foundations for sustainable healing.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys the outdoors(walking, hiking, biking, or paddleboarding) when it’s warm and sunny, and loves gathering with friends and family around a delicious meal, or reading and resting, when it’s not.
